How to find my message headers?

Message headers are a way for our Deliverability team to understand what happened with a message after it’s been delivered. It’s usually most helpful when investigating issues with messages ending up in Spam for example.

We always need original headers from the inbox where the message was delivered, not from a forwarded message.

When extracting headers, it’s best to copy them and then save them into a text file. This way, you can send them to us making sure that no part of them is cut off.
