Do you offer a free trial for GetResponse MAX?

Yes. There are two options for testing the GetResponse MAX platform.

  • Free trial account when you want to test the email tools or get a general look and feel of the interface.
  • GetResponse MAX Pilot when you want to evaluate your business needs, objectives, and goals against what GetResponse MAX can offer.

Where is my data hosted?

GetResponse has two IT environments built to provide the Service: NORAM (North America) and EU (European Union). Both use data centers onsite and offsite. The onsite data center is used for production data processing. The offsite data center is used for backup data processing.

What are your security certifications?

We have created an information security management system based on ISO 2700x standards and we are on track to complete the ISO certification in 2021. We've also completed an external GDPR audit and have been declared in full compliance with the GDPR regulations.

Is there any setup/onboarding fee?

Our MAX accounts include the technical setup, 1-hour training session, and 1 progress review during the first 30 days. MAX2 account includes the setup, 4 hours of training sessions, bi-weekly progress reviews, and custom business goals support during the first 60 days.

How easy is it to switch from my current provider to GetResponse MAX? Do you provide any support?

It’s very easy to switch from any other provider to GetResponse MAX. You’ll get an onboarding period free of charge along with migration assistance. In MAX account we offer migration of 3 items, in MAX2 - 10 items.

What payment options are available?

You can select payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

What are your customer support hours and languages?

MAX customer support working hours vary depending on the market and location. Here’s a short breakdown, together with the supporting languages:

  • EU 9am to 11pm CET, languages: PL, EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, RU, UA
  • US: 9am to 5pm EST, languages: EN, PL
  • BR: 9am to 5pm Brasilia time, languages: PT, EN, ES, PL
  • MY: 9am to 5pm MY time, languages: EN, MY
  • RU: 9am to 5pm Moscow time: languages: RU, EN

Do I need to pay for the service upfront?

You can pay for 24months/12 months in advance, sign a 12month-contract paid monthly, or a month-to-month contract (with a minimum time commitment of four months).

Can I use more than one domain in my GetResponse MAX account?

Yes, you can have multiple sending domains and IP addresses.

Can I give up some of the offered elements of the MAX plan to lower the price?

Unfortunately, the elements are fixed, so this is not possible.
