Where to see how my SMS are doing?
SMS feature is currently available in:
- MAX accounts
- self-service accounts (Starter, Marketer, Creator) based in Poland
This article applies to all account types.
Which data can I monitor
The three main statistics shown by us are:
- Sent – The total number of recipients the particular SMS was sent to.
- Delivered – The number of recipients the SMS was delivered to.
- Clicked – The number of clicks in the links in your SMS.
Where can I check my statistics
To access your SMS statistics:
- Navigate to SMS.
- From that view you will be able to see the number of sent, delivered and clicked to the right of your SMS name.
- To see more detailed information, click on the name of your SMS.
