Can I track SMS opens?
SMS feature is currently available in:
- MAX accounts
- self-service accounts (Starter, Marketer, Creator) based in Poland
This article applies to all account types.
Unlike email tracking, there is no possibility to track SMS opens.
In order to measure the effectiveness of your SMS campaigns, you may include a unique link in the outgoing message, that will track conversions.
