How do I send reports using the mobile app?
The reports generated in the mobile apps contain basic information about your message performance:
– the amount of contacts who received the message,
– open rate
– click rate
– amount of bounces, complaints and unsubscribes.
They can be sent to any email address of your choice.
Find the message you want to generate a report for and tap on its name. In the advanced settings you can find an option to send a report.
On iPad you need to follow the same steps, the Report link will be in the top right of the screen showing the stats for a particular message.
Go to Statistics tab and find the message you want to create a report for. In the additional menu on the messages list (3 vertical dots) you will find the option to send a report.
