Cancelling a premium period
If you are still within the first 30 days, you will need to contact our support team to cancel your account.
Cancelling a Forever Free account
Once the 30-day trial period has passed and you do not want to keep a Forever Free account or upgrade to a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription on your own.
To cancel your Forever Free account:
- Go Profile > Manage account > Close account.
- Select a cancellation reason and leave your feedback (optional). Next, click on the Close my account button.
