How to block someone on GetResponse Chats?

If you need to block someone on chats, you can do it from the menu on the right side of the chat screen. 

1. Click on the action menu (vertical ellipsis) under the Contact info section.

2. Click on Block contact.
3. A pop-up window will open. Press Yes, block them to confirm.

We’ll block the person from sending you more messages (based on their device or email address they are using). The chat will be moved to Closed chats. 

How to access blocked chats? 

1. Go to Closed chats.
2. Click on View blocked chats.  

How to unblock a chat?

1. Go to Closed chats.
2. Click on View blocked chats.  
3. Click on the chat name. 
4. Click on the action menu (vertical ellipsis) under the Contact info section.
5. Click on Unblock contact.

6. A pop-up window will open. Click on Yes, unblock to confirm.
