How to update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by:

  • adding a new credit card,
  • removing an old credit card,
  • changing your payment method.

How do I add a new card to my account?

To add a new credit card, go to Profile > Billing > Billing Details. Click on the Add credit card button.

Insert your Billing address and Payment information > Click on Add this card button.

You will see the new card in the Payment methods section.

Can I choose which card is being charged?

GetResponse does not divide cards to backup and default. Each active card that has enough funds on the date of the charge can be used for automatic payment. To be sure that a certain card is used all the other cards have to be removed.

How to remove a credit card?

A credit card can be removed by our support team upon request. You can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or via Email Support and we will do it for you. Note: When contacting us via Email, provide your account login and last 4 digits of the card you would like us to remove.

How can I change the payment method?

Payment method can be changed by our support team upon request. Contact us via Email Support (gr-billing@cs.getresponse.com) for information about available payment methods. Our agent will also assist you with changing the payment method.
