How to send attachments in GetResponse Chats?
You can send attachments via chats. Only you can send attachments. Your chat guests don’t have this option available.
You first need to add your attachments to Files and Images in your account.
To send an attachment:
- Click on a chat on the Active chats page.
- Click on the Add attachment icon under the Send reply in chat window.
- This will open Files and Images window. You can select the folder and file to send. You can also use the Search files window to quickly find your file.
You can add up to 3 files per single chat message.
Your chat guests will be able to click on a given file and download it to their device.
