HTML Message

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a standardized language used for creating and structuring web pages. It is the foundation of the World Wide Web and is responsible for defining the structure and layout of a webpage’s content.

HTML uses a series of tags to mark up elements within a webpage, such as headings, paragraphs, images, links, tables, and forms. These tags are enclosed in angle brackets (<>) and are paired with opening and closing tags to define the start and end of an element. For example, the <h1> tag is used for the main heading of a webpage, while the <p> tag is used for paragraphs.

HTML also allows for the inclusion of other media types, such as images, videos, and audio files. These media elements can be embedded directly into the webpage using appropriate HTML tags.

In addition to defining the structure and content of a webpage, HTML can also be used to apply basic styling and formatting to elements. However, for more advanced styling and interactivity, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript are typically used in conjunction with HTML.

Once an HTML document is created, it can be viewed in a web browser, which interprets the HTML code and displays the webpage accordingly. This allows users to navigate through different webpages by clicking on links and interact with various elements on the page.
