How to check the statistics for my transactional messages? MAX

You can check the statistics for your transactional messages on the Statistics page within Transactional emails. Once you’re there, you can see the numbers for:

  • sends
  • opens
  • bounces
  • messages reported as spam.
  1. In your GetResponse account, click Transactional emails in the Dashboard toolbar.
  2. The Statistics page opens to the Overview tab by default. Here, you can review the overall performance of your messages within a specific timeframe. To change the period for which you want to review message statistics, click the calendar icon and select a date for the start and end date.

You can narrow down the results to a specific timeframe and check for statistics for all messages or a specific message.

How do I see the statistics for a specific transactional message?

In the Details tab for transactional emails, you can track how many times and when the message was sent and opened. Additionally, we track when the message bounced or was reported as spam. Here’s how to access this information:

  1. In your account, go to Transactional emails and click the Details tab.
  2. To see the statistics for all messages within a specific period, click the calendar icon and select the date for the start and end date.
  3. To see the statistics for a specific message, expand the dropdown with the list of your messages and select the message. The information for the message is shown in the form of:
  • a graph that shows you the overall sending trend
  • a table that lets you know when the message was sent and the details for opens, bounces, and spam reports.

How do I check who received or opened my transactional messages?

We store the transactional message history for 60 days. In this time, we keep the record of:

  • when the messages were sent
  • who received your messages
  • which message they received
  • whether the message was opened, rejected, or if it bounced.

You can view the history for all your messages or a specific message. Here’s how to do it:

  1. In your account, go to Transactional emails and click the History tab.
  2. Set the period for which you want to review the messages. Click the calendar icon and pick the start and end dates. The available history for all your messages will be displayed.
  3. To narrow the history details to a specific message, expand the dropdown with the list of your messages and select the message. Now, you can choose which data you want to review:
  • To check to whom the message was sent, expand the list with the statuses and select Sent.
  • To see who opened the message, expand the list again and select Opened.

Where can I find all bounced, opened, or rejected messages?

  1. In your account, go to Transactional emails and click the History tab.
  2. Set the period for which you want to review the messages. Click the calendar icon and pick the start and end dates. The available history for all your messages will be displayed.
  3. Expand the list with the statuses and select Bounced to view the list. The results will be displayed below. Repeat this step to view messages Reported as spam or Rejected.
