How to add a SSL certificate for my domain?
We can add the SSL certificate to your domain. When it’s added, all links in the messages sent from your GetResponse Enterprise account will be HTTPS links (assuming click-tracking is enabled). The dashboard will also be available via HTTPS.
The SSL certificate can be purchased from any provider. To ensure compliance with our platform, please consult your Account Manager prior to acquiring the certificate.
How to add an SSL certificate to my domain?
To add an SSL certificate to your domain, follow the following steps:
- Download the CSR form.
- Fill out the form and email it to your Account Manager. Based on the information you’ve provided, they’ll generate and send you the CSR needed for the SSL certificate.
- Pass on the CSR key to your hosting provider and acquire the SSL certificate.
- Send the SSL certificate to your Account Manager so it can be assigned to your GetResponse domain.
