New block: recommend products your shoppers considered

A new content block that shows each shopper the products they viewed but didn't buy. Use it in newsletters or drop it into automation messages - cart-recovery, post-purchase, or winback flows.

Benefits for you:

  • Easy browse abandonment setup - users can now automatically remind subscribers about recently viewed products using a single drag-and-drop element, without any hassle,

  • Flexible design control - users can completely customize the layout, choose the number of products to show, adjust columns, and style the feed to match their brand directly in the properties panel,

  • Higher conversion rates - dynamically displaying highly personalized content based on actual behavior drives customers back to the site to re-engage them and smoothly renew their customer journey.

New open tracking controls to help you stay ahead of email regulations

If you're based in France or Italy, or you send emails to subscribers based in either country, this is worth your attention. Both countries have introduced new regulatory guidance (from CNIL and Garante) on the use of open-tracking pixels in email.

To help you meet these requirements, you can now disable open tracking for individual messages - newsletters, autoresponders, A/B tests, and automation messages - directly in your message settings.

Click tracking is not affected and continues to work as usual.

GetResponse now lets you disable open tracking at the campaign level for your Price Drop and Abandoned Cart scenarios - directly in your campaign settings.

Once disabled, we'll stop tracking opens for all marketing emails sent as part of that campaign.

Transactional emails are not affected and will continue to work as usual.

We're actively working on further product updates to align with the requirements set out by these guidelines 💪

Shopify merchants are now using their customer tags in GetResponse

Customer tags from Shopify — your VIPs, repeat buyers, lapsed customers — now sync to GetResponse automatically on paid plans. Use them to build smarter segments, personalize campaigns, and trigger automations based on what your store already knows. The Marketer plan gives you full access to ecommerce features.

[Pre-built segments] Skip the setup, send to the right people

Building segments from scratch takes time, and knowing which conditions to combine isn't always obvious. Pre-built segments give you a ready-made audience you can use right away - no rules to set up, no logic to figure out.

Choose from several categories:

  • Email engagement - reach active subscribers or win back contacts who've gone quiet

  • Subscription method - target people who signed up through a specific list, form or landing page

  • Contact details - send country-specific offers in the right language

  • List quality & deliverability - exclude role-based addresses or check in with contacts you haven't emailed in a while

Once you pick a segment, you've got the audience for your next send. You can still build your own from scratch whenever you need something more specific 👌

See exactly how much revenue your emails are generating

Revenue attribution connects every email you send to the purchases it drives. Welcome flows, cart recovery sequences, post-purchase automations, newsletters — each one now has a real revenue number attached to it.

  • Per-message — attributed revenue, orders, and average order value

  • Per-workflow — total revenue across an entire automation flow

  • Full channel view — revenue breakdown by message type in your Ecommerce reports

All it takes is switching a toggle when creating a message:

Countdown timer in the email editor

A ticking clock changes everything.

Add a countdown timer to your emails by simply dragging and dropping it (learn how).

Use it to build urgency around sales, launches, event, and limited-time offers. When subscribers see the clock running down, they're more likely to act.

Give your popups the right level of attention

Not every message needs to stop the scroll.

Choose how your popups behave: dim the background and block scrolling for full focus, or let visitors keep browsing while the popup stays visible.

Better UX. More control.

Bring back interested shoppers when the price drops 💸

Most shoppers who leave without buying aren't gone forever. They're just waiting for a better price.

Price Drop campaigns automatically alert visitors when a product they’re interested in becomes cheaper, helping you bring them back at the right moment.

💡 Why this matters to you:

  • Recover hesitant shoppers: Reach people who showed interest but didn’t buy.

  • Move slow sellers: Promote newly discounted items without emailing everyone.

  • Nudge big decisions: Reignite interest in higher-value products.

Control what happens when visitors don't react

What doesn’t happen matters. And now your web automations respond to it.

Add negative paths to your workflows and choose what to do when visitors don’t engage:

  • Wait a few minutes before showing a reminder

  • Trigger a message the moment a visitor exits the page

Your automations adapt to real user behavior, not just the ideal scenario.
