I have the same contact on more than one list. Will they get my message several times?
Whether or not your contact will get the message more than once depends on what type of message you’re sending.
GetResponse has a system in place to ensure that your contacts will only receive one copy of a Newsletter, even if they subscribed to multiple lists.
When using an Automation Workflow, it’s possible that your recipients may run through the same actions and conditions more than once if it applies to lists which contain duplicate contacts. To avoid it, use the Unique contacts filter. This detects duplicate contacts in your lists, and ensures that they only receive one copy of the messages in your workflow.
If you have the same sequence of Autoresponder messages in several lists, there is no way to stop a contact from getting the messages multiple times if they subscribe to more than one of those lists.
