How to change the postal address in the message footer?
Footer is added automatically to each message sent through GetResponse. The full postal address shown in the footer depends on the address provided in your linked list settings.
To change the postal address displayed in footer:
- Go to Lists.
- Locate the list linked to your message and click on the Actions icon (vertical ellipsis).
- Select Settings.
- In General tab, locate Show postal address in message footer and click on the blue triangle to expand the view.
- Edit the postal address and the Address format.
- Click on Save general settings.
You can also disable the postal address in footer by clicking on the switch to its left side.
If you are located in the USA or Canada, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, your message must include your valid physical postal address. This can be your current street address, a post office box you’ve registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a private mailbox.
