How to manage lists and contacts using the mobile app?

GetResponse mobile app allows you to easily manage your lists and contacts.

How do I manage my lists?

  1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom left corner of your Dashboard.
  1. Choose Contacts from the menu.
  1. Go to Lists tab to view your lists.
  1. Click on a given list to view its general performance and statistics.
  2. Click on the Actions menu (3 dots) to view List settings or Make your list default.
  1. You can also search for a given list and sort all of your lists to your liking.

How do I create a new list?

  1. Repeat steps from 1 to 3 from the section How do I manage my lists?
  1. Click on the plus icon at the bottom.
  1. Provide a name for you new list and click the Create button.

How do I manage my contacts?

  1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom left corner of your Dashboard.
  1. Choose Contacts from the menu.
  1. Go to Contacts tab to view your subscribers. You can filter results by list(s).
  1. Click on a given email to view contact information and subscription details.
    You will also be able to:
  • delete a contact by clicking on the bin icon in the bottom left corner
  • edit contact by clicking on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner

How do I add new contacts?

  1. Repeat steps from 1 to 2 from the section How do I manage my contacts?
  1. Click on the plus icon at the bottom.
  1. Decide how you want to add new contacts.

Add contacts manually

Select a list, fill in the necessary contact information and tick the “I have permission to add this person to my list” box.
Optionally, you can add your contact to an autoresponder cycle or assign scores or custom fields to them.

Click Save.

Import contacts from device

  • Your device will ask if you allow GetResponse app to access your contacts. You need to agree in order to proceed further.
  • Select a contact which you want to add to your list
  • Select a list, check contact details and tick the “I have permission to add this person to my list” box.
    Optionally, you can add your contact to an autoresponder cycle or assign scores or custom fields to them.

    Click Save.

Scan contact card

  • When we detect an email address on the scanned card, the button to take a picture will become clickable. Click it to proceed further.
  • Select a list, check contact details and tick the “I have permission to add this person to my list” box.
    Optionally, you can add your contact to an autoresponder cycle or assign scores or custom fields to them.

    Click Save.
