What do you think are the main marketing challenges in the books market?

“I believe that our biggest challenge is to always be improving the customer experience. When we talk about selling books, we need to have a more personal and human contact with the customers.”

“We used to work with Mailchimp. But their price was too expensive for the volume of emails we needed to send. And some integrations with them were not possible. That’s when we decided to switch to GetResponse. Because in relation to cost-benefit, GetResponse is much better than its competitors.”
