Will I get affiliate support through GetResponse chats?
The chat support is offered mainly for product-related questions, however we will be able to assist you with the following:
- how to create an affiliate account,
- general questions about the affiliate account,
- basic troubleshooting in cases such as login issues or invalid website error,
- integration related questions,
- questions from the Partner Program section in our Help Center,
- anything that doesn’t require the Affiliate Support Team.
We, unfortunately, won’t be able to answer your questions regarding:
- payouts,
- earnings,
- missing commissions,
- available payout methods,
- anti-fraud,
- invoices, etc.
For affiliate support questions, you can either contact us via the affiliate panel form or by sending an email to affiliate support.
