What features does the new webinar room offer?

The new webinar room in GetResponse offers a variety of tools that let you broadcast valueable content to your audience, receive the feedback from participants and create engaging calls to action.

In order to manage your webinar room, join the webinar as presenter and start building your room layout with the toolbar on the left-hand side:

What features will I find in the webinar room?

While hosting a webinar in GetResponse, you will have access to the following features:

Audio-Video View
The audio-video panel will allow you to stream video from your web camera and audio from the microphone. Inside the AV View tab, you will find buttons to enable the audio-video stream and streaming settings.

Presentation panel allows you to upload a file up to 500 mb and stream it to your audience with full control over the slides flow. Uploaded files can be shared with participants, downloaded and removed from the room.

Whiteboard allows you to write, draw, insert images and shapes or use a pointer.

Desktop sharing
Desktop sharing function allows you to share your desktop in real time with all participants of the webinar. This option requires having the GetResponse desktop sharing application. You can download it directly from the webinar room.

YouTube plugin inside the webinar room allows you to stream any video from YouTube by copying its URL into the search bar on the dedicated pop-up.

Whenever you would like to ask about your participants opion or launch a poll, or a quiz – you can do it with the Survey mode inside the webinar room. You will need to create a survey from the pop-up where you can select from Poll and Test type of survey, depending on your goal.

Enable the Questions mode to allow your particpants submit questions and decide which ones you want to publish:

After the question is submitted by an attendee you will see it under the Q&A Tab, with a Publish button enabled:

After clicking the Publish button, the question will be displayed in the webinar room for the entire audience:

Call to action
Create calls to action to advertise your products or direct participants to your store, simple as that.

Facebook & YouTube streaming
Use this option to livestream your webinar on your YouTube or Facebook profile.
