Advanced search will help you create tightly focused groups of contacts and address them with a dedicated and engaging offer tailored to their needs and profile.
To get started, choose contacts from one or more campaigns and select a date range. Indicate whether to include the contacts that are currently in an autoresponder sequence or not.
Use the conditions tool to narrow your search to subscribers with certain characteristics, such as: geolocation, subscription method and date, and demographic.
Or narrow your search based on their inbox behavior. For example, identify contacts that didn’t open a particular message, or those who have received a certain number of time‐based autoresponders in a sequence.

Create complex searches by adding groups of conditions and defining correlations between them.
As you refine your search, you can immediately view the total results on the counter. When you’re happy with your segment, select “Show contacts” to continue and apply more actions to the contacts in the search you defined.
Be sure to save your searches to later modify them for advanced segmentation. With the new Search Contacts tool, all subscriber-management options are at your fingertips.

The new search panel also lets you to view at a glance all your subscribers’ details: autoresponder sequence day, subscriber source, subscriber status, and subscriber type. Browse contacts that are unsubscribed, blacklisted, removed, unconfirmed or undelivered. Or select only valid subscribers — all with the click of a mouse.
