GetResponse 15th birthday timeline has been awarded in the Internet Awards Competition in 2 categories: Best B2B Website and Best Email Website. The timeline was designed, developed and published by GetResponse design and front-end teams in October 2013 to celebrate GetResponse 15 years of dynamic growth and product development. Ever since it’s been also honoured by a number of showcase galleries and developer sites: CSS Winner, CSS Design Awards, and AWWWawards.
2014 Stevie Awards: Customer Success Team Grabs Gold, Silver, and Bronze
The GetResponse Customer Success Team captured Gold for shifting their focus from a reactive customer-retention strategy to a focus on proactively coaching new customers to define goals, use best practices, and implement profitable campaigns.
Judges awarded Silver for innovations in technology. Team members use ClickMeeting to present face-to-face demos, and record video tutorials using screencasts with voiceover to cover everything from startup basics to advanced techniques.
The team won Bronze for their new-hire training program, where each new rep spends a day as a customer, using online and in-person resources to set up a GetResponse account and implement all the basics of email marketing.

Previously called Customer Service - the department has undergone a complete modernization to be able to respond to our customers' needs more accurately, and support and advise them on their way to success (not just help them solve technical problems). These changes were noticed and appreciated by the Stevie judging panel, which resulted in 5 nominations and 4 awards. Our major core value is "Provide 5-star service", the awards prove it's worth sticking to it.
2013 IAC Award - Best Email Online Campaign
The best strategies for brand promotion are those that engage and entertain your audience. The Crystal Award for GetResponse in the Internet Advertising Competition sponsored by the Web Marketing Association recently proved it to be true. The award is for Best Email Online Campaign for our Email Template Design Contest promoting the groundbreaking Email Creator.
WMA yearly honors outstanding online ads and campaigns taking into consideration aspects such as creativity, innovation, impact etc.
Blue Ribbon Award
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce each year recognizes the most innovative and dynamically growing companies in the region. Their criteria include business strategy, customer service, employee development, community involvement, and entrepreneurship.
This year the Chamber recognized GetResponse as a top-100 U.S. business. Judges cited our ongoing improvements in product, customer service and brand image and our continuing efforts to make the GetResponse work environment creative and comfortable, yet challenging and stimulating.
