What we do
GetResponse was founded in Poland in 1998, when digital customer communication was still in its early days. Since then, we have grown from a one-person company into a global business.
As the way companies reach, convert, and retain customers evolved, so did we. What started as a focused communication product grew into a lifecycle automation platform, bringing together email, SMS, web push, lead capture, ecommerce tools, and revenue tracking.
Some things have not changed. We still build our own sending infrastructure, invest deeply in deliverability, and believe the product should do what it promises. No inflated claims. No features that only look good on a list.
Today, GetResponse is built by a global team that values practical thinking, ownership, and flexibility. We give people room to do strong work and grow with the company.
