Mellissa is leading the GetResponse office in Malaysia and she’s got it all – strong leadership skills, great analytical insight, and most of all – extraordinary people skills. Mel has delivered numerous inspiring keynotes on events, such as NEXT Malaysia 2017, igital Marketing Malaysia 2017, Exabytes Internet Marketing Summit 2017, Malaysia Digital Economy Forum 2017. Kamil Jodełko is the Customer Education Expert here at GetResponse. During the three years he’s spent with the company, he enjoyed working with our customers on online marketing deliverability strategies, implementing marketing automation, and more. What Kamil is really passionate about is developing relationships with customers. Kamil is also a marketing automation specialist for GetResponse. He took part in projects that involved building predefined libraries of if-then scenarios, or building complex automation workflows for the customers. In 2017, he flew to 6 different States to conduct workshops for our customers or attended workshops to learn about the current best practices for online marketing. She has played a pivotal role in building a strong brand for WOBB through marketing and product initiatives as her role requires a bird’s eye view of WOBB’s entire business strategy. A true embodiment of the company’s 9 core values, Shakira is also elected to lead WOBB’s Culture Committee, a team that is in charge of constantly reinforcing WOBB’s values in day-to-day business practices from deciding on action plans to deciding whether potential candidates should be offered positions in WOBB. WOBB is a Malaysian job search platform that connects employers with quality Gen Y talent. Founded in 2014 by Derek Toh, WOBB officially launched their mobile app and website in 2015, generating positive traction and feedback from purpose-driven and innovation-led employers searching for a job platform that focuses on company culture. Ben Ibrahim is a sports professional who currently works at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia as an Officer & a Project Manager. He joined the National Sports Council (MSN) in 2016 and is now currently working at the National Sports Institute (ISN). Prior to joining the Ministry, Ben worked in the media industry (Mainly in sports and business) as an English TV Presenter and newspaper journalist. In his career, he has worked with Foxsports Asia, Astro Awani, Astro Supersport, NTV7 and the Star Newspaper. His love for sport started in Australia, where he attended high school, and picked up the sport of Rowing. He rowed and coached for Melbourne University Boat Club (MUBC) for a number of years whilst also studying for his Masters in HRM. Ben's 14 year career spans 4 industries – volunteer Rowing coaching, corporate (HRM and Marketing), TV and media, and now High Performance sports. In 2016, he helped set-up Malaysia’s High Performance PODIUM program.
Sam currently leads strategy & growth within the enterprise team at Maxis. An entrepreneur at heart, he spent his early years, successfully bootstrapping his eCommerce startup in Australia. Sam’s experiences range from total supply chain at Nestle, to ecosystem & venture building at MaGIC to policy making at the Prime Minister’s Office of Malaysia. He has scaled multi-million dollar businesses through digital and is extremely passionate about creating sustainable growth in organizations.
