3. Your Personal Data and how we process them.

For the provision of Service

While providing the Service we undertake a set of activities that include: administrative activities related with concluding an agreement based on acceptance of the Terms of Use, creating an account for you, activities strictly related with performance of the Service, providing support, gathering statistics, handling complaints and other requests, charging, seeking redress, and auditing the Service.

For the purpose of creating your account and providing the Service we process following information:

When you log into the Application, we will firstly check if you have a GetResponse Account in order to suggest you to log with that Account. The verification will be based only on your email address.

    • list of groups when you want to integrate with Facebook Groups
    • list of pages when you want to integrate with Facebook Pages
    • User’s posts when you want us to gather statistics of your posts published via the Application

For the purpose of sending you link to a store where you can purchase or download without purchasing the Application, we process your email address or your telephone number, depending on information you provided on our website when requesting the link.

After you log in we create an account for you where we store your data and published Content. Following information are assigned to your account:

  • first and last name
  • avatar
  • user ID,
  • email address,
  • provider.

Do I have to provide GetResponse my data?

Providing data specified in Section II.1. hereof is necessary for providing the Service. Providing other data than necessary is voluntary.

How long do we process your data?

If you have logged into the Service, we store your data for the time you make use of the Service as specified in the Terms of Use. After you stop using the Service, your data will be stored for 6 months only. During this term, your data will be only stored. No other processing activities will take place, unless it is required by law or authority office. After that time, your data will be permanently erasure from our data base.

Personal data gathered via cookies we store for the term equal to life cycle of cookie files saved on devices.

Personal data of those who consented to receive marketing communication shall be processed unless and until resignation from receiving such communication.

After lapse of above terms, your data shall be anonymized, except for name and last name, email address, history of how you used the Service, information regarding given consents – these data we shall store for additional period for the purpose of settling claims and tax law requirements.

Does GetResponse process personal data of children or special categories of personal data?

We do not process personal data of children and we do not gather special categories of personal data.

Our Service is addressed to persons who are over the age of 16 (sixteen). When log into the Application, you confirm that you are over that age. If you do not, please do not log into the Application, neither provide us with any information, in particular your Personal Data.
