GetResponse Email Marketing Introduces New Web Form Design Capabilities
Every account now includes new form types, enhanced design engine, and innovative list building tools
July 6, 2015 – Wilmington, Del. – GetResponse, the leading email marketing SaaS platform, has introduced a completely redesigned web form module, an all-in-one solution helping businesses achieve various objectives, and serving marketers and designers with various skills and levels of advancement. The new release includes innovative tools for web form design and a portfolio of web form types designed for specific conversion purposes.
“In email marketing, list building is the name of the game,” said GetResponse Founder and CEO Simon Grabowski.“Our goal was to provide a variety of tools to make subscriber acquisition easy, effective and fun. We think our users will be impressed.”
About new Web Forms
The new web form builder puts advanced capabilities at the marketer’s fingertips. Even those with no coding skills can produce great-looking, fully functioning web forms in minutes. The interface includes 500+ professionally designed templates with categories covering subscription forms, content download forms, event registration, online training sign-up, seasonal ,and more, each available in a range of sizes.
The design engine automatically generates a matching thank-you page. All elements of the templates and thank-you pages can be customized using drag-and-drop technology.
Users who have coding skills can use a built-in plain-HTML editing tool. The coding interface can generate forms with ready-to-go form input fields that can be coded to add subscribers to specific campaigns. Each web form can be used on multiple websites and landing pages, each with individual styling.
The web form design engine includes an innovation called Website Color Magic. The new tool can detect the exact colors used on a website and automatically match those colors to the web form, making web form customization quick and easy.
The web form builder offers an array of web form types. Categories include sign-up box, scroll box, fixed bar, exit pop-up, download form, shake box, and image box. The purpose of the various form types is to meet different needs depending on different goals: maximizing sign-ups at specific conversion points, minimizing churn, discouraging bounces.
The web form builder also includes an A/B testing option. The user can design two forms and link them for an A/B test. The system serves up the versions alternately, records the conversions history of each, and displays a comparison of performance results.
“Even with our accelerating growth, we’re still focused on delivering exciting innovations,” said Simon Grabowski. “These new enhancements will delight existing customers and position GetResponse as the perfect choice for those who are new to email marketing.”
The enhanced web form builder, complete with all capabilities and visual hooks, is available inside every GetResponse account at no additional charge.
