GetResponse Marketing Automation Trial PromotionTerms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the GetResponse 30-day Marketing Automation trial Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Marketing Automation trial”).
  1. The Marketing Automation trial is organized by GetResponse S.A., a company incorporated under the laws of Poland, with its registered office at Arkońska 6, A3, 80-387 Gdańsk, Poland (“GetResponse”).
  2. The Marketing Automation trial is open to both paid users of Email Marketing package accounts with monthly subscription payment plan, and paid users of qualifying legacy accounts (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”). The Marketing Automation trial is not available to current users of GetResponse free trial accounts nor to any persons or entities who are paid Marketing Automation,
    Ecommerce Marketing, MAX and MAX2 package users, non-users of any GetResponse account.
  3. To benefit from the Marketing Automation trial the Participant must activate 30-day Marketing Automation package trial. The Participant must activate the Marketing Automation trial via: https://secure.getresponse.com/app/profree
  4. The Marketing Automation trial entitles the Participant to access all the Marketing Automation package features for 30 days without limitations during the Marketing Automation trial period at no extra cost, meaning that the Participant will be charged based on their standard package rate for the duration of the Marketing Automation trial.
  5. The Participant can only benefit from the Marketing Automation trial once.
  6. After the end of the Marketing Automation trial, the Participant’s package will be automatically renewed as a Marketing Automation package with a corresponding list size at a corresponding standard Marketing Automation package monthly rate.
  7. By the end of the Marketing Automation trial, the Participant has the right to deactivate auto-renewal by changing their setting at My Billing page, https://secure.getresponse.com/my_billing
  8. If the Participant deactivates the auto-renewal, their package will be automatically reverted to their previous Email Marketing plan, and access to all the Marketing Automation package features will be blocked. This includes in particular unlimited landing pages, advanced marketing automation elements, webinars and multi-user features. If the Participant exceeds the Email Marketing Landing Pages limit (one) during their Marketing Automation trial, all landing pages created during the Marketing Automation trial will be unpublished, with only the most recently-created landing page remaining published, based on the Email Marketing package limitations.
  9. The Marketing Automation trial list size limit will be the same as the Participant’s current Email Marketing package list size.
  10. If there is a change in the account as to subscription period or subscription plan, or the account has been deactivated due to non-payment or otherwise, the Marketing Automation trial is forfeited and will not be reinstated. The Marketing Automation trial cannot be transferred to another individual or entity or be applied to any existing paid GetResponse account. In case of restoring the account, the Marketing Automation trial will not be renewed.
  11. GetResponse reserves the right to change or terminate the Marketing Automation trial at any time for any reason.
  12. Any enquiries or complaints regarding the Marketing Automation trial shall be submitted to the Customer Success Team via online form at: http://www.getresponse.com/feedback.html
  13. For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the
    GetResponse regulations available at: http://www.getresponse.com/legal shall apply. Otherwise, the Marketing Automation trial shall be governed by the laws of Poland any disputes concerning the same shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the registered head office of GetResponse.
  14. Participation in the Marketing Automation trial means that the Participant has consented to these Terms and Conditions.
