# Will I get affiliate support through GetResponse chats?

The chat support is offered mainly for product-related questions, however we will be able to assist you with the following:

*   how to create an affiliate account,
*   general questions about the affiliate account,
*   basic troubleshooting in cases such as login issues or invalid website error,
*   integration related questions,
*   questions from the [Partner Program](https://www.getresponse.com/help/partner-programs) section in our [Help Center,](https://www.getresponse.com/help)
*   anything that doesn’t require the Affiliate Support Team.

We, unfortunately, won’t be able to answer your questions regarding:

*   payouts,
*   earnings,
*   missing commissions,
*   available payout methods,
*   anti-fraud,
*   invoices, etc.
