# Where to find my chat transcripts and tickets?

All emails that you send us and all chats that you do, are archived under **My tickets** menu. You can easily read your inquiries and our answers whenever you want.

You can also open a new ticket here by clicking on **Send new email**.

To find your chat transcripts:

1\. Go to the **Help** tab:

2\. Click on **My tickets**:

3\. Click on the **subject** of the chat you want to check:

4\. Your chat transcript will open in a new tab.
