# What is global view and how to use it?

**Global view** allows you to check the activity of your subscribers in real time. It tracks email opens, clicks, and social media activity (Facebook and X sharing). All this data is placed on the interactive map of the world.

For example, as soon as a contact opens the message, you will see a pin falling down on the specific world region.

Global view works only for **24 hours** from the moment of sending your message.

How to see global view?
-----------------------

1.  Go to **Tools >** **[Email Marketing](https://app.getresponse.com/newsletters/manage)** tab.
2.  Hover over the **Actions** menu icon (vertical ellipsis).
3.  Select **Global View**.

You will see subscribers activity on a map in real time.
