# How to reset the password in GetResponse Hub?

If you forgot the password for your [GetResponse Hub](https://hub.getresponse.com/) and you want to reset it:

1.  Go to [https://hub.getresponse.com/auth/login](https://hub.getresponse.com/auth/login)
2.  Click on **Log in with password**.

3.  Click on **Set new password**.

4.  Enter your Hub account email address and click on **Send reset link**.  
    You’ll receive an email with a link to reset the password and further instructions on how to proceed.
