# How to resend a message to non-openers?

There are two ways of resending a message to subscribers who did not open the previous one.

Resending a message from the Reports page
-----------------------------------------

1.  Go to **Tools > [Email Marketing](https://app.getresponse.com/newsletters/manage)** tab.
2.  Hover over 3 vertical dots to the right of the message that you want to resend and choose **Reports**.

3.  You will be redirected to the Reports page. Click on the **Opens and clicks** tab.

4.  Create and send a new message to contacts who **did not open** the previous one.

5.  You will see a popup to create a new message. Click **Yes, create a message**.

6.  You will be redirected to the newsletter creation page. Here you will be able to choose from-field, subject line, and types of tracking just as in the regular message, but recipients will automatically be selected as those who did not open your message.
7.  Click on the **Design message** button to create your message.

8.  You can design a new message or choose your previous message from the **Existing messages** tab.

Resending a message to a segment
--------------------------------

1.  Go to **Contacts > [Search](https://app.getresponse.com/contacts)**.
2.  Click **Advanced search**.

3.  Add the following conditions:

4.  Save the results as a segment.

5.  Go to the [**Email marketing**](https://app.getresponse.com/newsletters/manage) tab.
6.  Click on the **Create newsletter** button.
7.  Click **Add recipients**, select the saved segment and click **Add**.

8.  Design the rest of your message.
