# How to create a newsletter using AI Email Generator?

To create your newsletter:

1.  Go to **Tools > [Email Marketing](https://app.getresponse.com/newsletters/manage)** and click **Create newsletter**.

2.  Click **Use an AI email creator** in the popup window.

3.  Pick the topic. List keywords that summarize your message and specify your type of business, then click **Next**.

4.  Click **More settings** to specify the recipients and email type. You can select the email types from a drop-down list, which includes: Welcome email, Follow-up email, Sale email, Invitation, Happy Birthday email, Announcement, Newsletter, Educational email and Custom Type. When you select Custom type, you will be able to manually enter your email type.

5.  Set the tone, decide how you want your newsletter to sound. Decide between convincing, informative, formal, friendly, inspirational or neutral and click **Next**.

5.  Choose the design of your message. Pick your favorite layout and the color palette, then click **Generate**.

6.  Give it a few moments for the AI to create your message.
