# How to connect GetResponse MCP to your AI application?

You can connect GetResponse with AI application such as Claude or ChatGPT and manage selected email marketing tasks using natural language.

GetResponse MCP gives your AI app secure access to selected data and features in your GetResponse account. You can use it to analyze newsletter performance, find contacts based on their engagement, work with newsletters, and create marketing campaigns.

How does GetResponse MCP work
-----------------------------

GetResponse MCP works as a connection between your GetResponse account and a compatible AI application.

Your AI application can then use the available GetResponse features to answer your questions or perform supported actions in your account.

Before you begin:

* Be aware that connection steps and interface options may vary slightly depending on your subscription tier with Claude (Pro/Team/Enterprise) or ChatGPT (Plus/Team/Enterprise).
* Avoid sharing sensitive personal identification data (PII) in open prompts unless necessary, and ensure your team complies with your organization’s AI usage policies.
* If you are not the main account holder, ensure you have administrator rights in your GetResponse user account.
* If you are a MAX account holder and you’re not sure what your server name is, you can get it from your Customer Experience Manager.

* summarize the performance of your newsletters,
* compare newsletter results over a selected period,
* review the performance of newsletters sent between specific dates.

### Find contacts and review engagement

GetResponse MCP lets your AI application search and analyze contacts in your GetResponse account. You can query contacts based on criteria such as their name, campaign, custom fields, or recent email engagement.

> Find contacts who haven’t opened any messages in the last 60 days.

You can also use information about contact engagement to prepare your next marketing activity.

### Create a marketing campaign

You can ask your AI app to create several elements of a marketing campaign together. Depending on your request, this can include a landing page, an invitation newsletter, and a welcome message.

For example:

> Create a campaign for my new product with a landing page, an invitation newsletter, and a welcome message.

Review any content created by the AI before publishing or sending it to your contacts.
