# Can I use tags and scoring through API?

Tagging
-------

Our API allows you to perform various operations on tags or contacts with and without tags. You can:

*   Find contacts with a specific tag.
*   Tag a specific contact.
*   Add a new tag to your account.
*   Remove a tag from your account
*   List tags in your account.

Scoring
-------

Our API allows you to perform various operations on contacts with or without scoring. You can:

*   Find contacts without scoring points.
*   Find contacts who have scoring points assigned (any, or a specific amount).
*   Add scoring points.
*   Remove scoring points.
