Digital Marketing Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing and know how to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, we want to talk to you. Your smarts and expertise will help to mark our presence in the digital marketing sphere and support our business development strategy for the Russian market.


Your responsibility will be to plan and execute all digital marketing activities for the Russian market, which includes:

  • building and maintaining our social media presence, developing brand communities, and maintaining GetResponse’s reputation
  • planning and managing targeting campaigns as well as PPC campaigns for Google and Yandex
  • delivering effective email marketing campaigns with a great emphasis on list building, efficient communication and email marketing automation
  • creating engaging content to endorse all your marketing activities (case studies, testimonials, reviews, sales materials, etc.)
  • planning, executing and optimizing the annual marketing budget
  • measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in terms of all the common metrics (ROMI, CAC, etc.), and assessing against the goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, and identifying trends and insights
  • instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels
  • planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests
  • collaborating with internal teams of programmers, designers and marketing experts to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • working with full integration and cooperation with both your local and global teams
  • utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
  • managing a small team of experts, delegating and executing tasks


You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • good English, both in speaking and writing
  • proven working experience in the digital marketing sphere
  • demonstrable experience in leading and managing a marketing database, email marketing, social media and targeting campaigns
  • highly creative approach and experience in creating content, identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • working knowledge of HTML
  • strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
