AUTOMATE MAILING USING MAIL MERGE
1. Create the Document
To begin the mail merge option you will need to create a
document in your favorite sophisticated word processing
program. For ease of explaining the process, we will use MS
Word. The document you create can be a letter, memo, mailing
label or envelope. When the document is to your satisfaction,
click on 'Tool' on the top menu bar. Select 'Mail Merge.'
