3. Convert from CSV
In most cases your spreadsheet program should automatically convert the CSV into a spreadsheet file. However, errors due happen. If your entries are not in individual cells as shown you will need to manually convert the file.
To do this, select all the cells that are affected (usually all of Column A). Click on 'Data' on the top menu bar and select 'Text to Columns.' Select the 'Delimited' radio button then click 'Next.' Check the 'Tab' and 'Semicolon' boxes then click 'Finish.' Your data should be in the correct format.
You can alter the text, format, cells and columns as you
wish. You can delete or add columns and rows to suit your
needs.
