2. Open File
While CSV files work with most spreadsheet programs, we will concentrate on MS Excel for ease of explaining the process.
From the top menu bar click on 'File' and select 'Open.' Find
and select the folder you placed your file in (i.e. My
documents folder, etc). Change the 'Files of Type' to 'All
Files.' Click on the file name you gave the file when asked
to save in the previous step then click 'Open."
