1. Create Your Basic HTML Form
Login into your GetResponse.com account. Click on the 'Prospects' menu then click on 'HTML Form.'
'Your Responder' is automatically entered for you. Enter your 'Confirmation URL." This URL is the page that your visitors will be redirected to when subscribing to your newsletter, ebook or autoresponder.
You may choose to fill in the 'Misc Info' box. Whatever information you enter here will be placed into your message or subject line when you use [[misc]] in your message or subject line.
You may also want to use the 'REF Number.' This is a number you choose to represent where your visitors came from. You can then track the origin of your visitors.
When the information has been entered click the 'Generate HTML' button.
