Customer Support Supervisor Born in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada, Jonathan moved to Halifax in July 2003. He has worked in the call centre industry for several years, has an extensive administrative background and experience in real time analytics, reporting and payroll processing. Before he became our Customer Support Supervisor, he provided customer service for various clients, including those in the insurance and wireless communications industries.
