Weekend Phone and Live-Chat Support

Following the expansion of our customer support staff and the extension of support hours until 8 PM this Summer, we are now pleased to introduce another step forward in customer service.

Beginning next Saturday, October 28th, GetResponse will offer telephone and live-chat support on Saturdays, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

GetResponse was the first autoresponder and email marketing service to introduce weekend support via email, and we are now the first to add phone and live-chat support on Saturdays, too.

Customer-centric approach is fundamental for us at GetResponse, and we are constantly looking for ways how to improve our service to your benefit, and how to communicate with you more effectively. We hope that expanded weekend support will give you more freedom in running your email marketing campaigns.
