The spam issue is getting more serious each and every day. For that reason many mail administrators are implementing special filter software (such as Spam Assassin) to filter out unwanted email. These filters analyze the email messages and score them for words and phrases that are used in spam messages. This dramatically decreases the amount of spam mail that gets through. Unfortunately, this also means that many legitimate email messages do NOT get past these filter "firewalls".
