Predefined variables
Nataniel, 16 May 2002

You can predefine unlimited variables and use them in your messages and broadcasts as [[pre_XXXXX]] (where XXXXX is the predefined variable name)

Example:
You create a predefined variable 'url' with the value of 'http://www.YourSite.com'. You can now use [[pre_url]] in your messages. The system automatically changes [[pre_url]] to 'http://www.YourSite.com' when sending mail. If you ever need to change your website address, you just change the predefined variable here. You don't have to change all occurrences of 'http://www.YourSite.com' to 'http://www.YourNewSite.com'!

To define your own variables, go to "Prospects" / "Variables".
