Implix Customer Support Enhanced!

We have just taken our customer support technology to the next level.

A new advanced web-based X.Helpdesk was launched to improve
the efficiency and reliability of customer communication.

The new solution will support written queries from the customers of GetResponse,
WebsiteWizard, GetSubscribers, eBookGold, HyperTracker and Implix Affiliates.

The investment will enhance account, contact and support ticket
management, escalation process, defect tracking, knowledge database
of problems and resolutions, customer support analytics and reports,
along with common procedural problems and resolutions via web forms.

As the result of the upgrade, Implix will strengthen its capability
within strategic and tactical service planning, resource planning,
service administration and customer support staff collaboration.

The same X.Helpdesk benefits are now available to Implix enterprise clients.
