Extended Customer Care Business Hours

We are pleased to announce that starting Wednesday, June 6, the GetResponse Customer Care Center will extend its operating hours to assist you even better!

We will now be available from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. The hours will remain the same on Saturdays, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.

As your satisfaction is our top priority, we encourage you to contact us if any questions, comments or ideas should arise. We will do all we can to fulfill your needs and expectations. We have plenty more exciting features and improvements on the way, so stay tuned for GetResponse developments!
