Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Released
GetResponse is excited to announce the results of its recent Customer
Satisfaction Survey, conducted in December 2008.
Over 91% of our surveyed customers were very likely to recommend
GetResponse's email marketing services to friends. (By the way, it's
easy to do!)
Realtors often use the phrase "location, location, location" when
describing the value of one property over another. In the email
marketing world, this is replaced by "deliverability, deliverability,
deliverability!" And GetResponse shines in this area, with over a 96%
satisfaction rating for email deliverability.
Ask our surveyed customers about their favorite features and they're
likely to answer "All of Them!" Less than 10% separated the top choice
from the fourth one. Leading the way were the personalization and
customization features, closely followed by all the statistical data you
can review to help you make better, smarter decisions in your email
marketing.
While it's great to know that you like GetResponse just like it is, we
wanted to know what you'd like to see in the future, too. It was a
3-way tie for first place between Advanced Statistics, Surveys, and
having the ability to add multimedia to your email messages.
These features can be perfectly adapted to continue the flow of
interactivity that many marketers are utilizing through social
networking and blogs. Your subscribers will know that you care about
their opinion (just like we care about yours!) and that builds loyalty.
The more you can do to bond with your reader, the easier to sell them!
