Our Abuse Department will investigate every spam complaint sent to
us and analyze the activity in your account. If this is just one spam
complaint and there is full opt-in information for the email address, we
will not close the account.Every time there is a spam complaint sent to
us, we will let you know and if necessary, issue a warning.
