Most
probably the removal link is working correctly removing the address from
the subscribers list. Please note that there may be up to one hour delay before
the removal is reflected in your account.
The reason why your link redirects to a 404 error
page is because you have entered an invalid customized link for the removal.
Please check if your link is valid under Campaign Settings
