If you have pasted the HTML code provided by GetResponse to display a pop-up on your website, yet the pop-up is not appearing properly, please check the following:
  1. Make sure that all of your "pop-up blockers" are disabled. Many new browsers (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, Opera) and toolbar extensions (Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar) have built-in pop-up blockers.
  2. Ensure that you the pop-up HTML code provided by GetResponse is located between and HTML tags.
  3. Double-check that your webpage is free of serious errors with HTML coding that could prevent your pop-up from showing up. For best results, validate your website's HTML code with an HTML Validator service.
