All major
ISPs are using multiple IP addresses, and it is purely coincidental
which IP
address will be assigned to a particular user at a particular time
(unless the
user has a dedicated IP address). If the same IP address is
used by many
people, it often happens that one of the users will abuse
it
e.g. by sending unsolicited emails thru it. As a result, the IP address is
listed
on a temporary block lists available to public.
To protect
ourselves and our customers from spam and false subscriptions
we ban those IPs
which are recognized as "spammy". Unfortunately, it
sometimes happens
that such an IP is randomly assigned to a legitimate
user – that is why we
request to contact us, so that we could check the
reason for the block, and
unblock it if possible. Please forward the error
message to our support team.
